What are some relatively unknown grooming/hygiene techniques for men?

I don't know if it's an Indian thing , but my parents have never talked to me about hygiene , sex ed, or anything of that sort . All the information I have is from friends, which is extremely unreliable at best .

I always feel dirty , even after a shower .

I'd like to know more stuff basically , I think I have very little knowledge of good etiquette
